To oversee the delivery of a quality, efficient and effective support service for the nominated buildings and to ensure that they are safe, secure, clean and fully operational for staff, contractors, partners, tenants, customers and visitors at all times required.
To oversee the delivery of a quality, efficient and effective venue, bar and catering service that achieve maximum profitability by cost control and achievement of budget targets set.
To supervise a team of officers as set out above to ensure the Key Duties / Responsibilities are met.
