The St Bart's Multi-Academy Trust, in partnership with Governors, staff and children are seeking to appoint a Teaching and Learning Support Assistant to support a pupil with additional needs in KS2 from September 2019.
We are looking for someone who has excellent inter-personal skills and who is able to work as part of our team.
The successful applicant will have experience of working with additional learning needs. They will be responsible to the class teachers and duties will include assisting with individual and small group support within the classroom. They must be reliable, flexible, and able to use their initiative. Good communication skills and a willingness to undertake training are essential.
Candidates must be committed to raising standards and attainment for all children and be prepared to play an active part in all aspects of school life.
