* Have an excellent understanding of the curriculum, teaching, learning and assessment
* Believe that all children can achieve within a skilfully delivered mastery curriculum and be able to demonstrate this in practice.
* Ideally, but not essentially, a personally committed Christian who is an active member of her/his own church (which is recognised by Churches Together in England) and who is committed to applying her/his own faith practically to the Christian mission and ethos of our culturally diverse school.
