|37 hours per week, whole year permanent contract
Required for April 2019 or earlier, a Clerical Assistant/Receptionist working under the guidance of the Office Manager, to provide clerical and administrative support to the school.
You will be joining a friendly, enthusiastic and highly motived team and will undertake a wide range of duties associated with a busy school office. You will be the first point of contact for parents and visitors to the school and will need to be able to communicate effectively at all levels and have a welcoming, helpful manner. The duties of the post are varied so a high level of flexibility is required.
The successful candidate will undertake reception duties, answer routine telephone calls, face-to face enquires and sign in visitors, assist with student welfare duties, liaising with both parents and staff. Please note this post is NOT a term time post.
