This new post will assist in providing a first class service to all students and staff in the use of information technology, whilst helping to maintain ICT equipment and facilities. Experience of working in an ICT department or possession of good practical ICT skills with knowledge and understanding of a wide range of software packages is required. To succeed you will be customer focused, able to communicate with a diverse range of people, act with pace and urgency and thrive on working under pressure.
