|At Oakhill Primary School we pride ourselves on our nurturing approach. All staff and pupils belong to a team - respect, resilience, empathy, confidence, ambition and independence. These are the key qualities we believe all our pupils need to fulfil their potential and be happy in life. We also need these qualities in our staff members - do you have these qualities?
Our Governing Body wishes to appoint a dedicated, experienced and hard-working Year 6 teacher (KS2) for September 2019, who is able to lead a core subject if required. It is essential that the post holder will add to the positive ethos of Oakhill, for the benefit of our children and staff, by being willing to take part in the wider life of the school.

Be passionate about teaching and learning, and ensuring that every child reaches their potential.
Be an outstanding classroom practitioner with high expectations of pupils' behaviour and achievements.
Be able to lead, support and motivate colleagues in the development of a core subject.
We can offer:
Enthusiastic and friendly children and staff who are passionate and hardworking.
A strong commitment to continuous professional development, support from the SLT and a network of support from Orchard Academy Trust.
Rich opportunities to develop and enhance leadership skills.
Visits to the school prior to application are warmly welcomed & encouraged. Please contact Mrs Joanna Leach (Headteacher) at firstname.lastname@example.org to organise a visit & / or to request an application pack.
