|An excellent opportunity within Stoke on Trent City Council's Parking Services team, who are looking for Administration and Customer Service support.
You will be expected to give the administrative and customer service support needed to help the Parking Compliance Team to work effectively and efficiently.
*Provide clerical and word-processing duties as required
*Undertake administrative tasks that include diary and room bookings, data entry, filing, photocopying, scanning, sending and responding to emails
*To undertake financial transaction as necessary, including checking payments.
Wage: National Apprenticeship Rate £3.70 per hour
Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 9.00am - 5.00pm, Friday 9.00am - 4.30pm (37 per week)
Contract Length: 12 months

Training Contract: This post is a training contract. You are required to reach the Full Framework NVQ Level 2 and to obtain any additional skills tests applicable for your post.
