|We are seeking an enthusiastic team member who is committed to providing excellent customer service to schools and has a problem solving attitude to deliver tangible solutions to premises related issues.
Working with colleagues within the City Council and external partners, you will provide a common sense approach to premises related problems and work to ensure you are supporting the contractual requirements of the PFI contract. The Stoke Schools PFI contract was established in 2000 and running for 25 years, the works cover approximately 90 premises ranging from small infant schools to large high schools and academies. Also working with local community facilities (Bentilee Local Centre) you will ensure the Council meets Its contractual requirements, maintains positive relationships with contractors and partners and secures best value for customers.
You will assist in maintaining management systems, procedures and protocols for monitoring the performance of contracts, ensuring that comprehensive data and information on each contract is regularly collated, maintained, analysed and reported.
You will provide support to your Team Manager and Contract Administrators in developing plans, policies and procedures to deliver an appropriate Contract Management Service to meet the Directorate's objectives. You will also work with other premise officers arid surveyors from across the whole of the Property and Asset Management Service including contractors, external advisers and consultants.
In order to succeed you will need to be a highly focused, systematic and contentious individual. Able to confidently work across a large range of subjects within a contractual environment, conversing with members, technical staff and teaching professionals.
